How do I place a custom order?
The easiest way is to WhatsApp Delmari on 079 373 1958. Tell us what you'd like, share any design ideas or inspiration images, and we'll guide you from there.
Do I get to see a proof before you print?
Always. We will always send you a digital mock-up via WhatsApp or email before production begins. Once you approve, we cannot make changes or issue refunds for errors present in the approved proof.
How long does production take?
Standard orders typically take 3–5 working days from approval of your proof. Bulk or complex orders may take longer. During busy seasons please allow extra time and order early!
Can I order in bulk for my company or events

What material are the tumblers made of?
Our tumblers are double-wall stainless steel with a sublimation-coated exterior. They keep drinks cold 24h and hot 12h. Lids are not dishwasher-safe. The tumblers themselves should be hand-washed to preserve the print.
