How do I place a custom order?

The easiest way is to WhatsApp Delmari on 079 373 1958. Tell us what you'd like, share any design ideas or inspiration images, and we'll guide you from there.

Do I get to see a proof before you print?

Always. We will always send you a digital mock-up via WhatsApp or email before production begins. Once you approve, we cannot make changes or issue refunds for errors present in the approved proof.

How long does production take?

Standard orders typically take 3–5 working days from approval of your proof. Bulk or complex orders may take longer. During busy seasons please allow extra time and order early!

Can I order in bulk for my company or events
Absolutely! We do bulk corporate orders for clothing, tumblers, mugs, and more. Minimum quantities apply (usually 10 units). Contact us for a custom quote — bulk orders receive preferential pricing.
Can I change my order after placing it?
You can request changes before approving your digital proof. Once you've approved and paid, production begins and we are unable to make changes. Please double-check all spelling and details in the proof before approving.

Products & Quality

What material are the tumblers made of?

Our tumblers are double-wall stainless steel with a sublimation-coated exterior. They keep drinks cold 24h and hot 12h. Lids are not dishwasher-safe. The tumblers themselves should be hand-washed to preserve the print.

Will the colours look exaclty like the digital proof?
We do our best to match the proof as closely as possible. However, due to the nature of sublimation printing, actual colours may vary slightly from electronic mock-ups. This is industry-standard and not considered a defect.
What T-Shirt printing methods do you use?
We use DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing for cotton and cotton-blend fabrics, and sublimation for polyester fabrics. We'll advise which method is best for your design.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Yoco (credit & debit card — Visa, Mastercard) and EFT bank transfer. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
When do I need to pay?
Full payment is required before production begins for all custom orders. We do not hold stock or begin work without payment.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does Delivey Cost
We charge a flat rate of R 80 via Pudo Locker-to-Locker or Paxi. Shipping is free on all orders over R 1 000. You can also collect from us in Humansdorp or arrange your own courier.
Do you  delivery nationwide?
Yes! We deliver to anywhere in South Africa via Pudo Locker-to-Locker and Paxi. You'll collect from your nearest locker — safe, convenient, and trackable.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can track directly on the Pudo or Paxi website.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a Customized product?
As per Section 20 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), personalised items are exempt from the right of return unless defective. This is why we always send a proof for approval before printing.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and, if the fault is ours, replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Intellectual Property

Do you Print Springbok, Disney products etc?
We can print designs that you own or have licensed. We cannot print logos, characters, or artwork belonging to third parties without their written permission — this includes Disney, Marvel, sports team logos, and brand marks.
What formats should I send my artwork in?
Best results come from PNG (minimum 300dpi) or vector format (AI, EPS, SVG). JPEG is also accepted. If unsure, send us what you have and we'll advise.
