Handyfox Creative Products reserves the right to refuse the production of any custom orders that conflict with our core company values.

Prohibited Content:

1. We will not print or manufacture items containing content that is deemed hateful, discriminatory, or inflammatory. This includes, but is not limited to, anti-Semitic, anti-Islamic, anti-Israel, anti-American, or anti-LGBTQ+ messaging.
2. Political Content: We do not produce politically motivated materials or propaganda. We do print content for Political parties providing that ot doesn't contain any hate-speach or any of abovementioned criterea.
3. Religious Content: does not contain hate-speach As a company founded on Christian values, we welcome the opportunity to print Christian-themed products. We also accept orders for other religious content, provided the designs do not violate the prohibitions regarding hate speech or discrimination mentioned above.
4. Final Discretion: The determination of what constitutes "prohibited content" remains at the sole discretion of Handyfox Creative Products. If an order is placed and subsequently declined based on this policy, a full refund will be issued for the unproduced items.

Customer Responsibility & Indemnity

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the legality, appropriateness, and context of all text, images, and designs submitted for production.
- Sole Liability: In no uncertain terms, the Customer remains exclusively liable for any content that may be found to constitute hate speech, discrimination, or offensive messaging. This applies regardless of whether the content is in a foreign language, contains obscure cultural references, or uses symbols whose meanings are not immediately apparent to Handyfox Creative Products.
- Warranty of Compliance: By placing an order, the Customer warrants that their content does not violate our Content Policy or any local or international laws.
- Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Handyfox Creative Products harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from the production of content supplied by the Customer. Our role is strictly that of a service provider; the act of printing does not imply an endorsement of the Customer’s message
